To best serve our customers we offer the following UK delivery guidelines:

• Delivery is £2.50 for all orders.
• All parcel orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
• This service isn’t tracked.
• We aim to ship your goods on the day your order is received, up to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, if you order after 4pm or over the weekend your order will be dispatched the next working day.
• If you have not received your order after 10 working days please email orders@mamabuci.com. Most customers receive their goods within 3-4 days of dispatch.

For the delivery of large packages over 4kg we will use a local, independent delivery company, to deliver these items. Please note that if we do send your order using using this method, you will be asked for a signature at the point of receiving the delivery and this confirms that you are satisfied with the condition of the goods received.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK; we are working on this so be sure to follow our socials for future updates.
