We do not accept returns, but if your goods are damaged, you’ve been sent the wrong items or they don’t meet your expectations, you can choose between a refund or a replacement. Please contact us within 28 days of your order date via email: email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for requesting a refund or replacement.
Refunds are made to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase i.e. debit/credit card or your paypal account.
Below we describe the different circumstances where refunds and replacements apply.
Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged parcel. We pack our products as safely as possible but sometimes damages still occur during delivery. In this instance we can offer you a full refund or a replacement.
We’ll happily refund you to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase i.e. debit/credit card or paypal account. Simply send a picture of your faulty/incorrect item to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible. Once a refund is approved payment will be made to the original payment method. If you’d prefer a replacement, just let us know. We’ll get it sent to you the next working day, free of charge.
Please safely dispose of the damaged items.
In very rare cases customers can receive the wrong items and we’re very sorry if this has happened to you. We’ll happily refund or replace your item(s), and you get to keep the incorrect order!
